As part of our commitment to keeping our players informed, this article outlines the latest updates regarding access to our social platform for players located in California. Here, you'll find answers to frequently asked questions, policy updates, and guidance for those affected by recent changes. 

Starting December 22, 2025, 10:00 a.m. (EST), if you are an existing user from California, you will no longer be able to play any games using Sweep Coins. Additionally, AMERICAN LUCK will stop accepting mail-ins for “no purchase necessary” Sweeps Coins from California with a postage or delivery date of December 10, 2025, or later. 
 

Why Am I Not Able to See My Balance? 

Starting December 22, 2025 players located in California will have access to our social platform only.  
 
 

Why am I able to play Games using only GC coins? 

Due to recent regulatory changes, players located in California can only access our social platform. While gameplay options may be limited, we encourage you to explore the variety of games available to you. 
  

Can I Redeem My Coins? 

If you have a previous redeemable balance, you are eligible to submit a verification request until December 17th  , 2025. Please navigate to the Redeem tab in your account to begin this process. 
No KYC applications will be accepted or reviewed after this date. The redemption rules still apply. If you have already completed your KYC and qualify for redemption, you have until December 26th, 2025, 11:59 P.M. (EST), to redeem your Sweeps Coins balance. You would not be able to redeem your balance after that date, and your Sweeps Coins balance will be forfeited. 

Mail-In Entries 

We will no longer accept California mail-in requests for “no purchase necessary” Sweeps Coins from California with a postage or delivery date of December 10, 2025, or later.

Verification Process for Location Misidentification 

  

I Believe I Was Mistakenly Identified as a Player from a different state. How Can I Resolve This? 

To verify your location, please submit the following documents: 

  • A valid residential document (such as a utility bill or lease agreement) that shows your name and address. 

  • A selfie holding your ID (driver’s license or passport) to confirm your identity. 

Once you’ve provided these documents, our team will carefully review them. If we determine that there was indeed a mistake, we will take appropriate action. Please be patient, as this process may take some time. 

  

Important Dates for Players with Redeemable Balances 

If you have a redeemable balance, it is crucial to complete your Know Your Customer (KYC) application starting Dec 17th , 2025. To ensure a smooth process, please keep the following deadlines in mind: 

  • KYC application start date: Dec 1st , 2025 

  • KYC completion deadline: Dec 17th , 2025 

Please note that no KYC applications will be accepted after this date. If you have already completed your KYC Account Verification, you have untiDec 17th , 2025 to redeem your balance. Redemptions will not be available after this date.

  • Account Transfers: Currently, transferring coins to another account or state is not permitted.
