How do I verify my bank account?

To verify your bank account for prize redemption, you'll need to provide a clear and complete bank statement that confirms you are the rightful owner of the account you intend to use. This is an important step in ensuring the safety and security of all transactions on our platform.

 Please follow the guidelines below carefully to avoid delays in the verification process.

 ✅ What your bank statement must include:

• Your full name and residential address (must match the information on your American Luck account)
• The full document - not just a cropped portion (we must be able to see the complete page)
• A statement dated within the last 3 months
• Clear, legible text - blurry, pixelated, or out-of-focus images will not be accepted
• A color version of the document - black and white scans or photos are not accepted

⚠️ What not to do:

• ❌ Do not submit a document that appears fake or has been digitally altered in any way
• ❌ Do not submit a document that has been folded, torn, or physically damaged
• ❌ Do not submit a blurry, pixelated, or low-resolution image
• ❌ Do not submit a document where the name does not match the name on your American Luck account
• ❌ Do not submit a document that is more than 3 months old
• ❌ Do not submit a statement from a joint account that includes a minor as an account holder
• ❌ Do not submit statements from PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, prepaid cards, or any credit / fintech accounts 
• ❌ Do not submit a statement from a brand new bank account  - if your account has no available statement history yet, please wait until a statement has been issued before submitting
• ❌ Do not write on, draw on, or make any alterations to the document
• ❌ Do not submit outdated or cropped documents

If the bank account you are submitting belongs to a joint account, please be aware that we may require additional information and documentation to complete the verification process.
