Before you can redeem — complete your verification

To protect our players and ensure a safe redemption process, full account verification is required before any redemption can be processed. This includes:

📄 ✅ Bank account verification — a recent bank statement

If you have not yet completed all three steps, your redemption request will not be able to be processed.

2. Navigate to the Redeem section
3. Follow the details on the page
4. Please remember you can only redeem Sweeps Coins from your redeemable balance, according to the rules outlined in our Sweeps Rules

How long does redemption take?

Redemption requests are reviewed and processed by our team. Processing times may vary — you will receive an email notification once your redemption has been completed.
